We want every Sarena piece to feel right. If it doesn't, we're here — small atelier, personal care.

At Sarena Atelier, each piece is handmade in small batches using natural linen and carefully selected natural gemstones. Because of the intentionally slow-made nature of our garments and adornments, we are unable to offer refunds for fit or change of mind after 7 days of delivery. We gladly accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Write to us

Email info@sarenaatelier.com within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or 14 days for an exchange. Include your order number and the reason for return.

Ship it back

We'll reply within two business days with return instructions. Send the item back in its original condition, with tags.

Refund, store credit, or exchange issued

Within 5 business days of our receipt, your refund, store credit, or exchange is available.

We're a small atelier. Every return is handled personally — please reach out with any question, no matter how small.

No form to fill out. No bot to get past. Just an email back from a real person, usually the same day.

Condition of returned items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Final sale.

All orders are final sale after 14 day period. Non-returnable situations we cannot accept returns for: worn, washed, or damaged items. Please note that each Sarena piece — garment or adornment — is crafted from natural materials. Subtle variations are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Refunds.

Refunds issue within 5 business days of our receiving the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit.

Damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and email us at info@sarenaatelier.com We'll replace or refund at our cost.
